Terra Incognita, my book and exhibition of the same name, premiered at Ogden Museum of Southern Art in October 2007 and was on display through December of that year. It has been traveling since and is now on display at Pensacola Museum of Art in Pensacola, Florida. This installation is the sixth venue since the exhibit was first shown in 2007. Please check the News Archive for information on previous venues. A public reception was held on August 21, from 5:30 to 9 PM, and the exhibit will run through October 17, 2015. On September 24, from 6 to 8 PM, I gave a talk on the project and a walkthrough of the exhibit, along with Richard McCabe, Ogden curator of photographs. Richard McCabe is a native of Pensacola and many of the images from the project were made in the coastal areas of the Florida panhandle nearby. So, this installation, much like the original Odgen exhibit before it, features work familiar and immediate to its local audience. Museum location, hours of operation, and additional information, is available on PMA’s web site: www.pensacolamuseum.org.

Lindsay Rae Myers interviewed me, along with Pensacola artist Margaret Biggs, on WUWF, the local NPR affiliate in Pensacola. The interview aired on September 24, 2015 and is now archived on WUWF’s web site here: http://wuwf.org/post/pensacola-museum-showcases-gulf-coast-through-two-artists.
